I usually like using Gimp cause it has more options and isn't as confusing as Paint.NET but erasing in Gimp I'm so confused I go like this O_O. "Why can't I erase all the paint THEN duplicate the layer to place another picture"

Nice presets. I like the design of Creature and Cy-bug. I'll be sure to download your presets in order to see ye' in-game.
