How do you add fur textures to presets?

Hello the title says it all,I am making a preset,well its made but I don't know how to add a fluffy fur texture to it to make it look like a real wolf....Someone please tell me how because I don't want it to be unrealistic looking in the realistic wolf rp the person I am making this for joined.

I think you would just do how you would any type of art. What program are you using?

I think you would just do how you would any type of art. What program are you using?
