Cant login

Hey, I'm a noobie and just downloaded Feral Heart. After pulling up the screen to log in and play the game I typed in my password and login. I waited and it said that it wasn't correct. "Well Okay." I did it again.
After trying again and again and looking and looking at the conformation e-mail I still couldn't get in!!!
PLZ HELP!!!
