How do I download a .fhm map?

I got help from the other members in my pride on FH, but NOTHING WAS WORKING! I had to leave the pride because I couldn't get the map I have another map on FH too, does that effect it as well? I am fairly new to FH, and I have another map, I am familiar with .zip maps but not .fhm or .fhs files. Please help

The .fhm file is actually just the map itself, you just stick it in exports Same with .fhs (that's a sky file.)

my computer wont let me download .fhm and .fhs because it doesnt recognise them so what do i do now ;~;

Could you give a screenshot kylie? Are you sure it's not letting you download or just not letting you open the file?
