Ah, I've figured out how to fix this if you're getting the same problem. For some reason, the new patch won't go over the old patch so just uninstall both FH and the old patch, then reinstall it and download the new patch. Apply that to FH and you're sorted.
1.) Save everything important that you want to keep from FH into your documents
2.) Uninstall FH and delete the installler
3.) Delete the FH folder
4.) Delete the old patch installer
5.) Redownload the FH setup
6.) Download the new patch
7.) Install FH
8.) Add the patch
9.) Reload FH
10.) Add all your files back and you're done
