weird start up issue

Ok this is seriously annoying and weirding me out. im sort of panicing inside,i double click it,the rendering system thing comes up,i click ok,then the loading thing comes,then in about 3 seconds flat, it dissapears. ;^; this is weird,i love feral heart and its doing this crap to me ;n; ..... help.....

I think it's an issue with the patch...it's doing that to me too. I know some can get on, while others can't. Re-downloading doesn't seem to help. We may have to wait till Kovu patches the patch. x.x

I had the same problem. You need to click save and it will download the PROFILE to where you saved it. Go to my computer, or my documents where ever you saved it and click on it to download the newest patch. Sorry if i wasn't clear enoguh

I'm up to date on the patches, and still have the issue. Only had the problem for a few hours now though.

Nope, still doesn't work, I'm not sure if it's the patch itself. It seems like when it tries to gather some of the info from Kovu's server end or something, it dies out. I'm not sure what it is but I know this was happening this morning before I downloaded the patch as well.

It's weirding me out. If it continues,I prefer not to, but I'll have to try uninstalling the entire game and reinstalling. I have absolutely no idea what's going on. I can only hope redlines or someone to find this and help.

I don't think reinstalling actually helps with it sadly. At this point I don't think it's the patch itself, since this happened an hour before updating to it. I think it's something to do with communicating to Kovu's end. o.O I'm not quite sure.

ok,i just messeged redlines asking him to look at this to see if he can help. hopefuly he knows whats up with this :I
and i hope if he knows why its doing this,he also knows how to fix it.
and what do you mean communication to kovu's end? feral hearts going down? :O lol

I think there may be an issue with the server, or whatever he uses to host it. The black window that opens up checks for everything before it gives us the menu title, but that's the thing not working it seems. I know it happened before the patch by an hour, so I think that's the culprit. I think it communicates with the server or some other device on his part (but not sure so don't quote me). It was working just fine for me earlier, and I hadn't changed anything, so that's the only guess I can come up with right now.
