First off, we do not appreciate swearing in posts here on the forum, so please try to keep it to a minimum.

Though you really need to clarify why you have so many random names you have tried?

What exactly are you trying to do? We understand you want to link a map, but in order to link a map together with another with gates, it MUST be a valid map name. And a map called "Darkforest" for example, wouldn't all of a sudden have a name called Wolfdarkforest.

So in order to link maps together you must have the map on your computer, but you must also enter a valid name for the map. If you add a gate with the name Darkforest, but you do not have any map in the game with that name, it will give you invalid map name. If you give the gate the destination Darkforest, when the map is called WolfForest, it will also give you invalid map name since there's no map by that name.

The gate system is very logical.

I dont think this was what he was asking. Its nothing to do with gates, Its happening to me right now aswell, I try saving the map and it refuses to work.

Don't bump old threads..

And if you're following that and trying to add any .fhz/.fhm at the end it's gonna mess you up. Don't do that.

Example Map Name: SymphonyIslands
Example Display name: Symphony Islands

If I believe I'm remembering correctly, top box needs no spaces. Or I've never given them any for whatever reason.

Then hit save.

If this isn't working for you at all, I highly suggest reinstalling your game file. Possibly completely. By deleting the folder and retrying.
