What should I do?

Alright, so, I moved all my characters to Bonfire Island to have a go on FeralHeart +. When I tried to get into Ficho Caverns through Bonfire Island (on FeralHeart +), it just kept saying "Failed to connect to front server. Retry?" or something similar. Eventually, it just kept saying it, so I gave up and tried on a different character. Same reaction. Then, I gave up completely and went back to the original FeralHeart. Now, I can't do anything with the two characters, still stuck in the portal between Bonfire and Ficho. What should I do? It just keeps blaring out "failed to connect". I can use the character perfectly well (the ones that I didn't use in FeralHeart +).

What be going on? How can I get my characters out?

It's most likely a problem with the server... give it some time and try to connect later. If that doesn't work, try reinstalling, maybe?
If it still doesn't work, then I dunno... :S
