Is the new patch not compatible with FeralHeart+?

I recently downloaded FeralHeart+ and whenever I try to log in, it says "please download the latest patch."
On the downloads page, there wasn't a patch beneath the FeralHeart+ download options, so I just assumed the new patch for the original FeralHeart would be compatible.
However, I still keep getting that message. Is this a glitch or am I doing something wrong?

All you need to do is uninstall FH+ and re-ownload it and install it.

This typically happens when you don't uninstall FH+ before re-installing, or if you don't delete the old shortcuts.

I did uninstall FH+ and deleted all the files I could, and yet I'm still having the same problem. I've tried uninstalling FH+ and trying to download the regular FH, but it still says to download the patch.
