Ok, FH+ just doesn't want me to play it

After fighting to download the game for half an hour or so, I log in once, and then when I returned a second time everything goes black. Apparently I need to go back to bonfire? That would be all fine and dandy except I can't go home in the game? I can go to the window to go home, but Bonfire Island isn't typed in the bar and I can't get there.

What needs to be done is. You need to go back to REGULAR FH and get the characters you want to Bonfire Island, then go into FH+ (same thing happened to me) ;3 it works

how do you get to regular FH?

i hav an issue with the FH+ too, i can log on with my regular username and passward on regular FH but with FH+ it says i cant log in and its incorrect. no idea what to do :/

this is the first time i have ever downloded feralhearts. so my only joice was FH+
can anyone tell me what to do when my screen goes black? i am not sure how to switch FH's.....

Right, but when I first went to install FH+, the installer said I needed to uninstall any previous forms of FH! So, I did. Now I only have FH+ and I really don't want to have both versions for whenever I want to play a different character. :/
