Preset trouble

No one sees my preset! I did it all right (at least I think so) and so did my friends :
1. I made the preset and exported it, then put it in "presets" folder
2. I put a download link on Mediafire
3. A couple of my friends downloaded the preset and put it in the "presets" folder as well
4. Everybody sees my common charrie BEFORE my preset was made.

Please help me...I don't know what to do and no one I know doesn't get the presets well...

What do you mean you out them in the folder? The file should appear automatically.

Most people struggle to see the preset when they haven't downloaded the preset you have.

When others download the preset you have, they will see you wearing it after.
