I can't log into the actual game O.o

I have my same exact password and username but I just can't get into the actual game!!!!! No matter how many times I try it says:

"incorrect username or password"

It makes me angry :'(

Can someone make a suggestion or help me on what I should do?

you should have just reset your passwords guys i hd a problem liek that and reset the password and it was fine.

Also, when you cannot connect to the front server is when theres probably a lot of people on or the map/server is down.
