Items not showing [RESOLVED]

The full run-down: Hm... I've run into a bit of a problem. I have followed the directions exactly, to the T, but the items are not showing up when I try to apply them to my characters. I've tried this twice now, but I will continue to try whatever comes to my mind until I get bored of it.

It seems the 0.000000001% chance of error has happened here. Any ideas?

Edit: Apparently, the items will show up on other peoples' characters, but I wouldn't be seeing the right item. Ex. Someone has a bell collar, but I see horns on them.

Fixed it.

Scourge you need to make your own Help topic, this one was resolved so not many will be looking in here to solve another problem. When you post your topic please include detail of what you have tried to do and what exactly isn't working. ty~ :)
