I dont really think theres a good way to draw and a bad way to draw, everyone has there own style, but if you keep working at it you can morph your style to something that you're really really proud of ^.^

Like my friend says, "My opinion, I dont think theres one artist out there thats ever satisfied with their own work."

I totally agree with this! I'm an artist myself. I have been drawing since before I can remember, and still end up finding things I don't feel satisfied with in my own drawings. :D

@ Saige - I find that what helps me is to try not to compare my style to others', and just try to make it something specific to me. ^_^ Of course, its hard to not be influenced by other artists and sometimes end up incorporating their styles into your own. But hey, everyone emulates different artists, so no two styles should be completely identical unless its done intentionally. :3
