Connecting to front server... for an hour??

Well, yesterday night and today I've tried to log into the game, but it simply says: "Connecting to front server..."
Normally, I wouldn't mind waiting, but it simply goes on like that for a very long time. Yesterday I left it to load, forgot about it, and came back to it an hour later. It was still saying "Connecting to server front..." Is there any reason for it to be doing this??

It's been happening everyday at the same time, but it eventually clears up. You just have to wait and come on the site, and when the number of people go up instead of down, it's back up.

Me too! It kept saying "no spaces at front or end allowed in name!

And I left to go edit, and while I was trying to update it, it wouldn't go. So I turned the program off and tried doing it again, but no logging on would work. Does yours accept the requst but is taking forever to send the login?
