how do you make items on FH?

I've seen people make items such as horns and bubble shields, I am interested in knowing HOW.
I specifically want to make specific kinds of tails such as horse tails, dragon tails or horse manes and be able to use them in game.

A lot of these were created by Impressive World and Impressive Title but now people are creating their own items. Its created the same way as other meshes such as caves and trees. By susing a program such as Blender you are able to create 3D models. For a first time mesh maker, creating an item would be challenging.
If you look on the Other Mods/Creations section of the forum you will find items available for download.

Many people have created horns, so as i said look in the Other Mods/Creations section of the forum and you'll find lots of items there.

A different tail though would not be listed as an item i would say. But if you happened to make one it would be best to make a tailess character wear it.
