A friend of mine just signed up for feral heart but she tryed to log on so she could make her character but she is using the username and password she needs to use but it won't let her in can someone help please?

She probably needs to activate her account. If you have no clue on how to activate your account, it's quite simple:

1. Go to the e-mail that you used to register your account.
2. There should be an e-mail with the activation code, login to your account on the forums.
3. Now there will be a long, empty bar, you'll need to copy or type in the activation code and WALAH!,

 If jeanette's post dons't help, then Tell her to either recreate a account with a password that has no numbers or Tell your friend that she can change her password by going to feralheart.com, go to Proflie, press account related settings and change your friend's password. Hope this helps!
