You would not believe your eyes
if ten million fireflies
lit up the world as I fell asleep
'cause they'd fill the open air
and leave teardrops everywhere
you'd think me rude but I would just stand and stare
I'd like to make myself believe
that planet Earth turns slowly
It's hard to say that I'd rather stay awake when I'm asleep
'cause everything is never as it seems;
Not a very good introduction, I know.
Your aching paws beneath you yearn for you to stop and rest. But you cannot; you feel you are being watched. You are being forced to feel this way. Your legs give out only a few minutes later, and you drag yourself to the shelter of a bush-cave. You still feel uncomfortable, so you remain awake for the rest of the evening before night comes.
Then the fireflies come out. Thousands of them.
You jump up and immediatly start playing with them. They are playful as you are and tired. How can you fall asleep now? You are having the most fun moment of your life. Yet, it seems out of the blue, a small group of fireflies seem to be moving in sequence. They were coming closer. Perhaps they want you to dance with them?
No. The fireflies forced you down and you felt two furry paws, small and frail yet they have enough strength to push you down. The fireflies dance; you realize that you were not forced down by fireflies, but a large female canine with glowing orbs on her body. "So you have learned the dance of the fireflies?" She asks, voice frail and small but firm. Her eyes are staring right into yours; they are glowing so brightly that you are scarce able to speak. "Shush," the female says. "You will stay here and sleep until you wake up. I will tell you more later. For now, I will leave. I will go North. You will go North. Understand?"
Will you follow or will you flee?

This is a semi-realistic roleplay that accepts any species of canidae and felidae. We are based on the song "Fireflies" by Owl City. We are strong and brave and will do anything to help others in need. However, that doesn;t mean that we will go to war if needed.
