Color is hurting my eyes

Did I some how change the forum skin or something? When I refreshed my topic trying to get help with FH+ It did this. But when I open up a topic it's just every other post that has a white background.

Sorry, but I'm sure that picture is copyright, I know someone on Chickensmoothie drew it. (Panacea)

I got that on my Window 7 computer. Not sure how I solved it but I think I changed skins via Profile and Forum settings.

Um, I never claimed it as my own...? I put is as my avatar because im a  fan of hers.

Alright. But still, when you want to have one of her drawings you need to ask permission to use it, otherwise it can be classified as stealing.
