Needing help with logging in!

I made two accounts to try to get it to work. It's not working. It's saying the password or username is wrong, but I know it's right. What can I do?

Hmm. Are you sure that you have capitals correct and such? If so, I can suggest reinstalling.

Yes, it's all right. But my friends are RIGHT next to me, and they both can log in just fine.

Ah, well that is rather odd... It's not saying that you have a ban or anything, correct? Just that your user and such is wrong?

Yes, ma'am. It doesn't have anything to do with spaces in it, does it?

maybe you are using passwords with numbers, since the numeric key pad does not work properly in the game.
also don't use any non-english characters (ex: Russian)
I don't know if spaces can be a problem

My password does have numbers...like it should. Does that matter?

Numbers don't matter, I use them as well. Spaces...I think that it may, actually.... at any rate, just try and change it so that it doesn't have a space and test that out.

Well, my user has spaces. I'm going to go try to create a new account without spaces and see if it'll help.
