Map Issue

I made a map and I finally finished it. I exported it, logged off, and then tried to go back on.
When I tried to get back on, it say "Feral Heart has unexpectly closed". I tried several times and just decided to reinstall it.
When I did this, all my items were there, but not my map. I looked in FH folder and it was there, but in the game when I go to Cape of Distant Worlds it is not there.
Also none of the objects that I installed are in the game, but are in their right place.
What is going on?

I know this may sound horrible but why not try remaking the map? If you don't want to do that then maybe try moving the terrain file back in the terrain folder if it's not already there. But I think that making the map over again would be easier.
