Black screen/no wings

I'm not sure what is wrong but everytime I get on FH the screen is black when I log in, then once I go into the game Every thing is also black. This has happened the first time I played it, so I went back to bonfire and everything was fixed, but after logging in the 2nd time everything was black no matter what I did.
Everyone has been saying that I can get wings in the edit menu for my character on tab 4, but there is only a Christmas hat there. Please help

I Would Uninstall The Game Then Install It Again Or You Might Have To Download The Patch

On FH+, It doesnt have lonely cave or anything. So you go into Bonfire and set your home there and leave all your characters there. If you want wings on FH+, you have to go on normal FH and put them on.

If your talking about normal FH being black, then when you get on one of your characters go to your home and it should clear up.
