Game download not working?

Hey, a friend of mine has been trying to download the game today, and the download is fine, but when he installs it and tries to run it, it gives an error message saying that some files are missing?  Help?

Your friend should try the torrent. If that doesn't work, they should wait and try to download it again, but later.
