It should, since it's the same game, but IDK for sure (don't own a mac), sorry.
Just beware. You can't fly in Ficho Caverns, and can easily get lost. (or at least, I do...) and in FH+ you have to put the wings on in normal FH, new characters will show up in a black screen (cause Lonely Cave was removed), and they removed/replaced some places, so I wouldn't think it's worth it just for one scene. (I take that back, cause I only use one scene...
