Its not letting me on FH at all..

Every time i try to get on it says it shut off for some reason.. can anyone help me with this?

It says 'shut off'? As in a pop up error on your computer, or it just 'shuts off'?
More information can help you to get your issues solved quicker. Is this in an official map or a private one?
Are you using the normal FH or FH+?
The only advice I could give you is to delete any files in your exports folder, and if that doesn't work then delete FH completely via Computer/(C:) Drive/FH and reinstall.

well i have a problem with that on one of my characters. and it is still not letting me go on, but im still new here so i dont know what to do
