Feralheart crashes at start up.

When I click the desktop icon to start up feralheart the screen is black for a while and in the top bar it says FeralHeart (Not Responding) then the game crashes and says FeralHeart.exe has stopped working. How can I fix this without having to reinstall the game because I don't really want to loose all my files and everything. Any replies are appreciated!

I think you may have to reinstall with the Game Setup, but you can save your files and put them in the new folder

i tried to do that before as well 3 times and it still wont work i tried following the directions from an admin but the game still wont work it just keeps saying feral heart exe has stopped working. but when i tried feralheat+ the background wouldnt load but everything else did
