I'm trying to make a new account on here (another one for RPing on my own) and the activation email was never sent to me. I made a new email account and tried again but nothing happened. It's been 3 weeks and still no activation email. Why? :/

That means you've done something wrong. For me it was spam guard. You need to sign up again and be careful.
