help! Extremely annoyed! Trouble posting a new topic!

I can't post a new topic in the forums on my other computer! I've tried installing the newest web browser (google chrome) i've tried opera. firefox. even internet explorer! but it says it timed out while submitting and need to re-submit again but it doesnt do anything! help! I've cleared my cookies reset my internet connection logged out then back in but nothing works! What is going on?? I can't send a mod or admin a message about this either it gives me a smiliar error too. and I can't play FH on this computer because it's linux )':

  Hmm... Normally that only happens when you take a long time to post your message... That is strange... I'm not sure what you should do about this, sorry.

Huh...normally clearing your cookies and temporary files helps, but you said you already did so and it still pops up...I'm not entirely sure what it could be.

Is your connection slow? It may be that its taking way too long to load up the page~

I have 1Tb/s internet so its not my internet (yes my internet is really that fast) O.o

  I have a tetre/terra byte worth of data in Internet, but it is definitely not that fast >.>

Yeah, I say go ahead and do that, you might at least be able to find someone who's had the problem in the past, and could help you more than I was able to ;w;

Its been years since I had that problem, so I don't recall how to fix it.

Are you logged into the yellow box? I know if I log into the yellow box that stops the issue for me.
