HELP!!!!

ok on my Insectrox account i was hanging with my friends right, and it stopped working, and then i tried getting back on but it did the same thing, i do not want to make a 3rd account and im not very technical so please explain clearly what i must do.

How long did it do this to you? Usually the game server shuts down every once in awhile, and takes some time for it to go back up again.

it happened, then i tried loading but it didnt, i couldhave been  the server but on my old laptop that i dont have my demonwolf account on the game dont work ill try again and find out.
