Take a look around the forum, people have created some.

So you might want to look at the Preset and Markings board or the Other Mods/Creations boards you might find some more.

Theres instructions with the mass markings download. Its the ReadMe file. If you havent installed any other markings onto Feralheart you can place the markings.cfg file into the Feralheart folder and replace the existing one.
