Shuts off when uploading my map on!!?? HELP
Okay i did my own map on GIMP today followed a tutorial by blush from FH but on youtube.
Did everything right then when i type in the file for uploading it to make a new map it shuts off! help?!?!?!

Here r some things i did when doing this:

- Put it as a PNG file saving it to terrains in my FH folder.
- DID EVERYTHING CORRECT!

is it grayscale and one layer?

another thing you can do is this:

open a new image, make it 513x513 grayscale and one layer

open the height map you made first

select all of that image and copy it

paste what you copied in the new image

save it and give it a whole different name from your first height map

i just made a new one made it grayscale made it 513x513 still nothing it shuts off!

did you try making the map in gimp?

i'm not sure if adobe firework png files work on FH

Your image layer contained a Alpha channel. You can remove this by right clicking on the layer in gimp and selecting Remove Alpha Channel. I fixed the image for you down below. Right click ans save. Replace your image with this one.

ugh i just found out this map was not good. if you have time can you get this one to work?
