Preset Problem

Well, here is my current problem; I am having quite some trouble USING my presets in-game. I had made sure that all coding/preset making went correctly and I even made sure I exported them correctly, yet the problem starts when I log in and go to "Create a Character." I make my character then click on "Use Preset," I then click on "PresetCreator 4" {the name of the preset file/thing} and that's when the box {that has "PresetCreator 4 in it} suddenly shuts off/minimizes {as though I had clicked on the "Custom" button when I actually didn't}. When I go to re-click on the "Use Preset" it doesn't come back up again, I actually have to exit the "Character Creator" for the button to work again, but even so, it just does the same thing again!

I have been creating presets for so long now, yet I have never seen this problem before nor do I know what to blame for it. If anyone could help me out, that would be greatly appreciated! If you don't exactly understand my problem and/or want to see it for yourself, then ask me to make a YouTube video of it, and I'll make the video.

any more details about it? what's the size and stuff? and some coding could still be wrong in a place, FH is very sensitive to coding.

is it png?
513x513?
RGB?
where is it saved?

@Alex- I can't really give out much details since this problem never happened to me before, though I will answer the four questions you asked.
-It wasn't on .png, yet it still wouldn't work when I changed it.
-It wasn't 513x513, yet it still wouldn't work when I changed it.
-It was in RBG, yet still didn't work.
-If you are referring to the actual files, they are saved under my_presets in the correct folder; if you are referring to the .fhm file, it is saved under the "presets" folder.

Not sure if this will help, i know FH is picky with caps etc. So make sure you logged onto our account exactly how u made it, and that u exported the preset on correct log in. Why i say this? Ex:

My username is Ouuka    but i an still log in as ouuka.

When i made a preset i accidentally logged in as ouuka instead of Ouuka

When i did that my preset would not work as i exported it as ouuka and logged in as Ouuka.

FH is picky like that. ^^;

Here are a couple things you can try:
-Once you export the preset, restart the game, then go back in and log in and create the character.
-Re-install FeralHeart.

I cant be for sure, but you can try this.

**Make sure when trying this you re-delete that exported preset.fhp file.

-When you start FeralHeart, Log into your account, log back off by hitting the back button/exit button.
-Then go into preset maker, and re export your preset
-Log back onto your account and see if it works
