Problem with unblocking (Still Open)

So I was just trying to unblock people. Previously when I scrolled through my block list it just crashed when it got to the middle and I could get back on later but this time when I tried to unblock a specific person it crashed and I can't get back in on any character, I even made a new one to try and nothing works. Any suggestions on how I can get back on?

If it's the game itself causing this you should just be able to reinstall the game completely and it should work again. But if it would be something with the actual list of blocked users you have I think some digging in the DB would be needed to sort that for you.

Is "Lilia" the account that are having these issues?

It didn't work, I uninstalled then reinstalled and when I went onto Feral Heart on one of my characters it says "FeralHeart.exe has stopped working" Which is what it did before
And yes it is the account Lilia

And you are sure it's not the map you are in by any chance?

And does this happen to all the chars or just one.

This has happened to all my characters, all of which are spread out among Feral Heart (Fluorite, Lonely Cave, my own maps, etc.)

Not sure if the very same problem still remains, but according to the DB you do not have any active blocks for your account at all.

Must be something else causing your characters to crash.
