  I'm trying to create a second account, but it's not working. I created 3 new email accounts, but nothing happened! Whyyyy?! I REALLY want another account! It'd be soooooo awesome

You should delete your old account if you are not using it anymore.

Also, please reread the rules:

Multiple Accounts
Multiple accounts are not encouraged due to many reasons. The staff would rather not have to deal with a bunch of unused accounts that were created for a small purpose and hardly used as much as your primary account. If possible, members of this site/game/forum should keep their account count as low as possible to make things more organized and prevent confusion. Actions might get taken if the staff believes a user is crossing the line.

My friend has 3 and he always uses them. I want to keep this account because I have so many friends. I was entering everything right and I want the account to RP on my own.

You can just RP on this account, More than one is not needed.

Can you give us some more details on this matter? While multiple accounts are discouraged, I can understand the desire of a second account. How is it not working?

I kind of agree with this, depending on how many characters she has. My friend used to have WAY too many and could never find a specific character and had to make a second account. Eventually he found a way to delete them all without doing something to his hand.
