Black screen when I get onto FH (urgent)

]Now, I KNOW this question has been asked about a BA-JILLION times, but I can't seem to find it. So, I come back to my Granmther's house (And FH was working before) and I download the new patch, since there was an update since i've been. When I get to the title screen that says: "FERALHEART" and where you log in everything is PERFECTLY NORMAL (regular start up and such). So after I log in my characters' colors are all normal and everything (same background and things). I use one of my characters and it goes on, perfectly normal then it happens. I just see my character, perfectly fine but the background is all black. Now, I can still whisper my friends online, but I can't contact anybody else. I've redownloaded the game twice and nothing worked. Please help! (Sorry that its so long..)

You might be playing with fh+ instead of fh. Does your grandma has a computer that you played feralheart on and if did, then did you download any maps? Try deleting your character and remake him/her to see if it works.

Feralheart+ dosn't have these maps:

Sky's rim
south pole
Last cave
The plains (I forgot the name but it had a "F" at the beginning)
Ficho tunnels
Lonely cave
And the map that is found somewhere in south pole (I forgot the name)

And if you downloaded a map from somone's computer then your background will be black when playing as a character the map is in. (example: you downloaded a map from your grandma's computer, you got on feralheart on your computer, you got on the character that was on the map that you downloaded from your grandma's computer and the background will be black.)

No. I know for sure that I have FH and not Fh+ and I just uninstalled FH. And if I go on any of my characters everything will be black.

Try playing feralheart on a another computer and see if that works, I'll try to find more answers son as I can.

U might be having FH+ like stephen99 said i had that same problem too so i think u should trust her

Do you have another computer/laptop? Then try downloading feralheart on the other computer/laptop.

Also, if your computer is old and/or unable to play/can't see background then you might want to upgrade somthing:
