Need help logging on to the game

First timer, trying to log in to game and keep getting 15 minute blocks for incorrect password and username, but they are correct. I am obviously able to log into the website here with said combo, but not on the game. any pointers? thanks!
also, I have two accounts on the same email, because I forgot I'd already had an account that I'd never used, so let me know if that has anything to do with it.

The email thing may POSSIBLY have something to do with it... not sure how or why it would let you sign up twice with the same email though. Anyways. You can change your password by logging into the forum (as you already have), going to the gold box up top, and clicking "User Details." That'll change your game password but not your forum password (you can change that from your profile). Be sure to not use the number pad when creating a password or username because the game likes to derp with that. And special symbols will throw it off as well.
