Trouble with Logging into the game

I've recently joined this MMORPG and it looks fun from the screenshots above.

I have the same problem as Isabella - Having trouble logging in.
My password only has capitals and numbers; yet it says ---

Incorrect username or password.
(5 failed attempts causes 15min ban)

It's quite annoying, I've tried changing my password the same error happens.
What to do?

The easy was to get out of this, make a new account.

That doesn't really help, seeing as I only have one email address and yet the registration only allows me to have one account on each Email address. But I suppose it could work. Thank you anyway.

Tried deleting my account, it's basically failed. Seeing as my friend had recently deleted a account she didn't want and it's still pending on it's deletion. Does it normally that this long? And if i tried making a new address and account, it says

IP/Address blocked by Botscout.

I've tried making a new address, changing my IP and using a different Email provider. I also want a more detailed reply. Sorry to seem rude and sorry to be double posting.
