HELP ASAP!!!!

For some odd reason the server wont let me in. i have restarted my laptop several time but it just wont let me in! can anyone help me?!?!?!?!?

Do you have DirectX 9 and did you get the patch?  I had troubles to, but it finally got resolved.

Your Characters in Fluorite Plains? If so, then this is normal to this time. Its nearly impossible to enter it. My last try counted 12 till i could enter the game into fluorite plains.

im having a simalar problem, but when i click the icon i get the option screen and when i press ok, i get a black scree, and a window pops up saying feral heart has stoped working i cant get it to work my computer crashed not too long ago, could that be the issue? it played perfect before the crash.

does it tell you  "FAILED TO CONNECT TO FRONT SERVER" ?
