Good job for reporting when you see someone break rules.
However, next time please send the report with a screenshot as proof via PM to a mod or admin here on the forum rather than posting it in the help section.

As mentioned above, reports are not meant to go into the help board or any other board for that matter. Please pm the reports to mods and admins here on the forum in the future.

The report have been dealt with non the less.
