Portal glitch? Help (Solved)

Every time I enter the map I made, the portal takes me outside of the map, underwater and under a tree I never placed there. When I attempt to get back to cape through the portal an invisible wall prevents me to. I tried moving the portal by typing in a different set of numbers but it won't move. Could anyone explain why this is happening and how I can stop it?

You need to edit the arrival yaw, just below ''Has Portal'' what I do is, I hold my mouse over the place I want it and the little numbers at the bottom, type them into each box. (That's why they are there, )
