Cannot see items on others?

Okay, well, my friend and I both downloaded an item pack, but the problem is, we cannot see the items on each other. How do we fix this?

Well, it all depends if you downloaded the same item pack as your friend, for example Ringo and Delay's, you both must download that item pack in order to see each others items that your wearing from their pack.

Sorry, I must have not read it correctly, but you probably should contact the item creator.

Also did you both, overwrite (Copy and Replace) ALL the items and the .cgf file?
