Logging into the game?

Hello. I have resently joined feral heart on this account. My other account is ~Iron-Arrow~ And i can log into the game perfectly well. Now when it comes to my Black_Veil_Brides account it seems i can not.
I Dont not use the numberpad at the side of my keyboard.
I Dont use symbols apart from the _
I Dont have caps lock on
I Do have the latest patch
I Do know what my user is, I have changed my password a acouple of times. And still nothing
I have Made Another account and that does not work.
Im not quite shore about if my firewall will allow FH to work, but my other account works... Im very confussed Can someone please help me.

I have a similar problem. I tried to log on with my account ~DarkShadow~ But FH doesn't leave me to write the ~ signal. How could I solve that?
