I have a bug

I need you : this morning, I played to FH. All was right. But, now, I have a problem : I can go in the menu and edit my character, but, when i click on start to play, I have the pick with "loading". And I have the song of the game, but there is alway this pick with the "loading"... when use "Enter" it show me that there is an error.
So I uninstalled FH, and I re-installed it, but it don't work %(

I don't ever press retry! It sticks you there forever. Just press cancel and try to log in again. It should work fine then. :3

Failed to connect to map server should be the particular map/character in it that doesn't work.

Try to create a new character and connect with that one. Guesses are your character is stuck in the map last played and the server needs a reboot before you can play on it again. So try to create a new character and see what happens.
