I'm on a downloaded map (meaning it isn't mine, so I can't change or edit it) and the portal is too far away for me to go through it. What can I do?

Well, I would talk to the map creator. Ad an easy way to change maps is to click the feather button, click the "home" tab, and click the "go home" button. Unless you have changed your home, it will take you to Lonely Cave.

You mean its too far to reach in the cape? Well go to character editor then get wings, go back and go through the portal and then take them off or leave them on, whichever. Or you can go into Feralheart>Exports and delete some maps.

I have the same problem with one of my maps XD the creator has to fix that. You'll just going to have to set your home as Cape before you enter the map. That's what I do.
