Yea i have Windows Vista.

where it says your operating system it should show you how much memory your computer has in either GB or MB (If you have over 1GB your fine and the game just hates your computer for an unknown reason) (if you have less you need to upgrade your computers RAM (random access memory) but if its a laptop that may not be possible without contacting a professional)

Yes it pays in cash or credit card unless someone walks over to your house and hands you a stick of memory
