Stuck......

I have at least three characters stuck in  the portal for flourite Plains for the last 2 weeks could someone please help! Also I haven't been able to fully log in lately, it'll just get stuck!

Has anything new happened recently? Such as a new Computer your on? A new Internet Modem? Or maybe your computer might not be able to handle both the graphics and people in the map, and the graphics, try turning off water reflections!

I have tried but nothing works and no the both questions

Honestly, That always happens to me. Its usually because there are so many other people in fluorite, and the map is so huge it may not load. I usually keep trying to connect and get in within 5 minutes. If that doesn't work, making a  new char and waiting outside the fluorite portal for a few then entering it, may work.
