Help Me Please??

Uhm.. I am new to this FH thing but, I do not know what is wrong. I downloaded everything, set up, patch and game but, after I log in, it gives me black screen, I mean, I do see my character but, background is black and it seems I am also not connected to the server thing? _{foreveralonelol?} I don't know what to do.. I don't know if I did something wrong or what.

Can someone help me??

By any chance did you download FH+? If so that's probably the source of your problem. To fix this you can check out this awesome tutorial, it should clear things right up. c:

I don't know if I am right, but this has happened to me before. Things turn black around but not my character. I think some computers don't have as big graphic card as required.
