Game freezes after 4 seconds into loading screen

This is a recent problem with my game, when I select a character in Character select and press start, about 4 seconds into loading, the game freezes and stops responding. I've tried every character in my select, even made a new character. I don't know if it's a patch I missed, because I have been really up to date.
I've tried messing with my firewall settings, and I have looked for missing files. Any suggestions on what might be wrong?  :\

That seems rather odd. Have you made any changes to your FeralHeart files?
If not, then I'd suggest uninstalling, deleting the FH folder, then reinstalling FeralHeart. (Make sure you save any maps and presets before you do that. ;P)

Maybe too much people in a map?

That would mean all their characters would have to be in Fluorite. Pretty much. The rest of the maps are easy to get in.
And typically, too many people in a map does not make your program stop working.
It can,
but usually you'll just get a bad token.

I have not messed with any of the game files that are part of the game codes, so maybe it's just glitching. I've had a lot of history with failing to connect and bad tokens, maybe it's just that...

Never mind, It's working again. I just had to wait for the game to load up the error, that's why it seemed to freeze.
