will not load

Hi i need help  when i try to load my game a message pops up Feral heart exe has stoped working so i followed instructions form this website it sorta got fixed i get up to the oger screen then boom white waitng then the same message has poped up then i go to my new laptop try fearl heart same problem will not load my computers are new my laptop not even one year yet and my computer is three years....  then i figured maybe i needed the new game so i downloaded fearkl heart plus it works for one game i go back to play nothing so i try to re install the game NoPe i tryed one last time nodda ijust put fearl heart in the recycle bin to re install it am i doning it ro how would i uninstall it totaly if i need to PLEASE HELP ANYMORE DETAILS NEEDED JUST ASK!

Okay, delete EVERYTHING Feral Heart related, and then re-download the game. Install. See if it works.
