I have two accounts with two different emails, I know that you can recreate an account after deleting it, but I am not sure it will help with your problem, give it a try and tell me if it helps

What's the problem you're having in the first place? And generally, yes, deleting this account should free up your email for use.

my problem is that when i go to the sign in page its all slow and i cant see the words that say feral heart then when i get to the charcter place its fine then when i get into the game its all slow and when i turn i dont see my character just...rock and more...rock

I hate to break it to you. But this isn't anything anyone can really fix for you. Your computer isn't up to par to play the game.

You can try changing the rendering subsystem and by turning off water reflection and toning down the view distance. You can do these things in the uh. The Options menu when you start the game.
